Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location and the size of the item. Large furniture pieces may require scheduled freight delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, HFOC ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable. A restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. You can also view your order status by logging into your HFOC account.
